HWood Nightclub has garnered huge popularity of late, thanks to its excellent and eye-popping décor and elaborate bar service. Upstairs of HWood Nightclub, there is a bar, dance floor, an empty hallway and a side area with another bar. It also offers excellent music with various energetic vibes. Basically, HWood Nightclub is an old estate/mansion which has been converted to a club. Overall, the club is large and voluminous. Previously known as stork, HWood quietly opened to the crowd in late 2008.

The space’s co-owners are John Terzian and Loyal Pennings (near Roosevelt Hotel). However, the duo have now partnered with Tropicana Bar fixture Scheer Demme Amanda. Gone is the post-industrial feel of the Stork. HWood Nightclub has transformed the double level bar to a living room replete with soft lighting, wood tables and brown leather couches.

The new HWood Nightclub has abundance of subtle design tweaks, such as metallic table’s upstairs and new sconces and a faux library near staircase. Though the HWood Nightclub vibe appears to be developing, it is analogous to various happening scenes at other lounge areas like Bardot.
