Having sizzled in the late '90s as the club that helped instigate Hollywood's nightlife comeback, Las Palmas has been resurrected with the help of Adam Goldstein. Also known as DJ AM, this is his first nightclub after years of playing celebrity functions ranging from DiCaprio birthday parties to Bolthouse events at Avalon and Concorde. Gone is the Spanish flair and in its place comes a streamline space of neon windows, circular VIP booths and LAX-inspired architecture.
